Employee was exposed to penetrating eye injuries as the employee was not using eye protection when using the pneumatic-powered nail gun. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(i):     Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a)  2 Park Place, Morristown, NJ.    Employee was exposed to falls of over 20 feet to the sidewalk canopy or ground below as no methods of fall protection were in use as wood sheathing was being placed on the top floor's ledge.
