29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(A): The periodic inspection of the energy control procedure was not performed by an authorized employee other than the one utilizing the energy control procedure being inspected: (a) On or about 7/29/2016 - Surface Grind, Turning, Retainer, Roll Grind, Cone Grind, Surface Grind, Assembly & Inspection Departments, periodic inspections were conducted by engineers not designated as authorized employees for equipment such as, but not limited to, RBLD 2CF90 HEALD Surface Grind Cup Inside Diameter, Okuma CNC lathes, #74 Press, Tube Cutoff Machines, 105 TRL End Grind, 208 4 1/2" Bryant Cone Grind, 184 Nissei Surface Grinder, NTN 110v NCL-2 FOD, and #64 1600 Ton Erie Press.
