29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall arrest system: a) On July 22, 2016, employees were working on a mortar silo preparing mortar mix and were not protected from falling approximately 14 feet to the ground below. J L Masonry & Stone Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1093168, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 15, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 142nd and LaGrange Rd., Orland Park, IL 60462.
