Employees exposed to moving parts of the stacker. b) On or about 8/1/2016, 21 shop at drip pan: Employees were performing maintenance work in close proximity to molten glass and a rotating distribution system. c) On or about 8/1/2016, Cold end, 11 shop test station: A CIM inspection machine was not provided with guarding on its face.
