At the work site located at 10787 Ensley Drive, Bolivar, Ohio, on August 4, 2016, the sales floor emergency exit at the back of the store was obstructed by six large plastic trash cans with lids on the left side and by four U-Haul cardboard boxes of store merchandise on the right side.  The DOLGENCORP Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1158861, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 2, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 304 Briarwood Drive, Jackson, Mississippi. At the work site located at 10787 Ensley Drive, Bolivar, Ohio, on August 4, 2016, the stock room fire extinguisher on the wall by the breaker boxes did not have a red arrow above it indicating the location of the fire extinguisher.    d.   At the work site located at 10787 Ensley Drive, Bolivar, Ohio, on August 4, 2016, the right exterior door of the stock room had a red arrow above it indicating there was a fire extinguisher located there.  There was no fire extinguisher located under the red arrow.
