Dollar General store #12540 in Clarkston GA: Employer did not assess the work place to determine what additional hazards may be present that would necessitate the use of personal protective equipment. Employees were instructed to conduct recovery activities while the store was undergoing vermin control treatment; potentially exposing employees to hazards including but not limited to biological hazards of the rodent vectors and chemical hazards associated with the chemicals being used for vermin control on or about November 8, 2019.
