29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, shall be guarded. The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.  (a) 105 US Highway 411 NE Ranger Ga. 30734, Rubber mixing area: An employee was exposed to amputation hazards while using a large mixer that has no guard installed to keep employees away from turning blades.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Except as elsewhere required or permitted by this standard, live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more shall be guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by any of the following means:  (a) 105 US Highway 411 NE Ranger Ga. 30734, Rubber mixing plant: Employees are exposed to electric shock hazards while working near standard 220 volt electrical panel boxes that are missing blanks to enclose live parts.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employers shall develop, implement, and maintain at each workplace, a written hazard communication program which at least describes how the criteria specified in paragraphs (f), (g), and (h) of this section for labels and other forms of warning, material safety data sheets, and employee information and training will be met, and which also includes the following:   (a) 105 US Highway 411 NE Ranger Ga. 30734, Rubber mixing plant: The employer had not established a written hazard communication program for an employee exposed to hazardous substances such as, but not limited to, Rubbabond RW 8440 and Jalaur 303 tractor fluid which may cause allergic skin reactions, or breathing difficulties if inhaled.
