29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: Employees engaged in grinding activities were exposed to struck by hazards in that the work rest for the grinder (serial number 594235) in the 11/44 Section was not adjusted to one eighth of an inch, and was used with an opening of approximately 1.5 inches.
