29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds shall be fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as follows: a) Front wall, new residential construction Lot 710: On or about August 04, 2016, and times prior, the employer exposed three employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet from the scaffold, in that it was not fully planked while installing bricks.
