29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets; A). On or About August 10, 2016 employees engaged in a re-roof operation on a 4:12 pitch, low slope, two story residential structure were not protected from falls by any means of a safety net, guardrail system, or personal fall protection system exposing the employees to falls in excess of 19 feet to the ground below.
