Examples of guarding methods are-barrier guards, two-hand tripping devices,electronic safety devices, etc.      a) On August 4, 2016 while operating the Mazak CNC Lathe s/n # 244771, machine guarding was not in place to prevent employees exposure to rotating parts in that employees enter the machine to sand and/or file bar stock with interlock by-passed.
