29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities six feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirement of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented.: (a) On or about August 8, 2016, for employees exposed to potential fall hazards of nine to nineteen feet while performing residential re-roofing activities on a 4:12 roof at a residence located at 2707 Yorktown Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota.
