29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On or about August 28, 2019 for employees exposed to falls of approximately 10 feet while re-roofing a residential roof with a 5:12 located at 5017 37th Avenue NW in Mandan, North Dakota Note: (1) This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1169180, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 2, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2707 Yorktown Drive in Bismarck, North Dakota. (2) This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1174817, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 28, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 922 Summit Boulevard in Bismarck, North Dakota.
