Violation was observed on or about 8/9/2016.    b) Work site was located at 3503 U.S. Route 46, Parsippany, NJ 07054.    An employee was exposed to fall hazards as he was working from the top side of the entrance elevation with no fall protection equipment to protect him from a nearly 30 foot fall to the ground.    Violation was observed on or about 8/10/2016.
