On or about 07/15/2018, on the ground level of 77-12 Northern Blvd. Jackson Height, NY Live parts in a pull box in the front of building were not covered. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
