29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a. On or about August 15, 2016, roof area, employees measuring the roof on a 9:12 pitch roof system were not protected from falling up to 39 feet by the use of a fall protection system.  Cornerstone Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  956976, citation number  01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 1, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 144 E 23rd Street, Panama City, Florida 32405.  Cornerstone Roofing, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315485896, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on (date), with respect to a workplace located at 1931 N Cove Road, Panama City, Florida 32405.
