29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1): Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means:(a)(LOCATION)(IDENTIFY SPECIFIC EQUIPMENT AND/OR CONDITIONS)(DESCRIBE HAZARDS WHERE NECESSARY) On or about August 12, 2016 along the street side of 315 Oconee Street, Athens, Georgia, an employee working in a Genie aerial lift was exposed to an electrical hazard when working within 10 feet of 208 volt/three phase electrical overhead power lines delivering materials to the seventh floor.
