29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a-h) Wood Processing Area, Log Processor #1-8: On or about August 18, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a caught by hazard, while using Blockbuster Firewood Processor saws to cut tree logs, that did not have a stationary guard in place to prevent the log clamp from functioning while operating the saw.
