Graham Machine, Inc.- On or about August 18, 2016, and times prior thereto: Employees worked with or around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, denatured alcohol, oils, coolants and lubricants during production operations. Employees were not provided effective information and training about hazardous chemicals in the workplace.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) a.) Graham Machine, Inc.- On or about August 18, 2016, and times prior thereto: Safety data sheets for materials including, but not limited to, Mean Green Industrial Strength Cleaner & Degreaser, TCS Slideway Lubricant, Rust Ban 70, and Blasocut 200 Universal were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
