29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: A.) Graham Machine, Inc. - On or about 10/12/16, and times prior thereto, periodic inspections were not being performed with all authorized employees. The last time an annual/periodic inspection had been performed with the employees was in 2006. Employees perform servicing and maintenance on machinery and equipment including, but not limited to, CNC turning machines and Media Blaster.
