29 CFR 1910.304(f)(1)(viii): Circuit breakers used as switches in 120-volt and 277-volt, fluorescent lighting circuits were not listed and marked "SWD." On or about 19 August 2016, the employer did not ensure that employees using circuit breakers as switches in 240-volt electrical panels for fluorescent lighting switches were marked and listed "SWD." Employees are exposed to fire hazards from switches that are not designed for regular on/off switching. Abatement certification is not required for this item.
