On 7/19/16, at the Athens facility, in the production area, the Pacmac bagging machine was not guarded as various geared and moving parts that created crushing hazards and pinch points were left unguarded where the bagging film is loaded onto the machine.

29 CFR 1910.305(e)(1): Cabinets, cutout boxes, fittings, boxes, and panelboard enclosures in damp or wet locations were not installed to prevent moisture or water from entering and accumulating within the enclosures.  On 7/19/16, at the Athens facility at the Pacmac Bagger #1 machine, the 220 volt cabinet controlling the machine had a piece of conduit pulled from the box which had permitted water inside the cabinet. The electrical cabinet had visible water damage and rust inside the cabinet.
