29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a.) St. Martin's Landing Subdivision (Lot 4: 4167 Butternut Pl. Atlanta, GA): The employer exposed an employee to a fall hazard of 25 feet while stapling felt to the roof top without using fall protection. Daniel Barragan., was previously cited for serious violations for OSHA standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which were contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1104316, Citation 1 Item 1 issued on 11/13/2015 for inspection site 5725 Wisbech Way, Atlanta, GA 30349 and became a final order on 12/10/2015.
