29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Offal area: On or about August 22, 2016: The employer did not ensure that the emergency eye wash available to employees working with and around caustic chemicals used to clean and sanitize surfaces complied with industry standard ANSI Z358.1 5.1.5 that would run 15 minutes at 0.4 gallons per minute.
