Employees gaining access to the machines such as the CNC's, Lathes, drill presses, and Bridgeport Mills who perform servicing, maintenance, and cleaning operations were exposed to caught in hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d)
