Notice #2, Item #2a, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) as required by 29 CFR 1960.8(b): The employer failed to compile a complete list of hazardous materials used by employees. The employer was cited for a violation of the (Same/Similar standard and/or Same/Similar hazard) on 12/30/2014, Inspection #1009466, date 1/28/2015 of final order/settlement, and means of abatement.
