Stucco America, Inc., 701 W. Bayfront Pkwy, Erie, PA - On or about August 31, 2016 employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Portland cement. The written Hazard Communication Program was not made available upon request to the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
