On or about Friday, September 2, 2016 at 27-21 44th Drive, Long Island City, NY 11101 (Throughout the Building)  Light bulbs used throughout the building for the purpose of general illumination were observed missing guards to prevent accidental contact and/or breakage.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
