29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) On or about 08-23-16 at 8404 Venture Circle in Weston, two employees were putting their hands and arms into the point of operation of a hydraulic press brake without any form of machine guarding. One of the employees received a fractured forearm when the other activated the brake using a foot pedal.
