29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(vi): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite.   a) Worksite - On or about August 31, 2016, the employer was storing approximately ten gallons of gasoline to refuel air compressors, but a fire extinguisher of the appropriate rating was not available within 50 feet of this location.
