29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: Construction Site, 3885 Union Deposit Road, Harrisburg, PA: At this job site, one employee using the JLG aerial lift, company number 28095, performed painting operations, approximately 14 ft. above the ground, without the body harness attached to the boom or basket. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
