HCL Truck Equipment: On or about September 6, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from not having a respiratory protection program implemented which would include employee training, medical evaluations, fit testing, training for the employees, and proper care and maintenance of respirators.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a. HCL Truck Equipment: On or about September 6, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from incorrect labeling and other forms of warnings on containers including, but not limited to, hydraulic fluid being stored in an orange juice container. b. HCL Truck Equipment: On or about September 6, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from not maintaining safety data sheets onsite for chemicals including, but not limited to, Adhesion Promoter. c. HCL Truck Equipment: On or about September 6, 2016, and at times prior, employees were exposed to chemical hazards from employees not having been adequately trained on the chemical hazards in the workplace.
