29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(D): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the requirements for testing a machine or equipment to determine and verify the effectiveness of lockout devices, tag-out devices, and other energy control measures: Location: Cooker On or about September 12, 2016, the employer's standard operating procedure for the Cooker CIP process did not outline how to verify that stored energy (i.e. water pressure) is relieved prior to the hose removal step of the process.
