Bayfront Pkwy, Erie, PA.- On or about August 31, 2016, and times prior thereto: Safety data sheets for materials including, but not limited to, Foam-Control EPS, Total Wall Reinforcing Mesh, and Journeyman T-2000 Dry Base Coat, were not maintained at the worksite nor was there a method/procedure in place to ensure SDSs could be provided to an employee requesting access to the document.
