29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a. On or about September 20, 2016, while constructing and dismantling a stage on the beach on the south side of 5121 Gulf Drive, Panama City, FL, the employer was using an unapproved platform on the forks of a Pattibone Traverse Lift to lift an employee, exposing employees to a 15 foot 4 inch fall hazard.
