29 CFR 1910.176(b): Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding and collapse and storage of material created a hazard: a) North wall Storage Area of the Warehouse: Items stored atop shelving were found not to be plumb and square, and they were listing toward (or hanging over) the edge of the shelving or off of the pallets they were stored on. Items included: wooden pallets, cardboard and wooden boxes, full of miscellaneous items, oddly shaped store displays; large rolls of plastic sheeting, etc. b) Center of Aisle way Storage Area of the Warehouse: Several stacks of boxes of different sizes and construction as well as cases of drink bottles were placed in such a manner that the stored material was becoming unstable and was listing in multiple directions. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED

29 CFR 1910.304(g)(5): The path to ground from circuits, equipment, and enclosures was not permanent, continuous, and effective: a) North end of the store near the check out lanes: A 120 volt Ultratech metal-cased floor fan was not equipped with a ground prong on the end of its flexible cord.
