OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards and pinch points: Shop Floor: On, or about, June 22, 2016, light bulbs in overhead light fixtures were changed by an employee who was elevated in a work platform on the forks of a forktruck. The work platform was not secured to the forktruck and was not provided with mast protection.
