The employees process boxes through the press. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating rollers.  b) On or about September 26, 2016, at the Hooper Swift small printer slotter, three compensators were not guarded. The employees process paper boxes through the press. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating compensators.  c) On or about September 26, 2016, at the Greene Line Stackmaster serial number 1167A2, four rotating conveyor belts on the stacker were not guarded. The employees process paper boxes through the stacker. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating belts.  d) On or about September 26, 2016, at the Hooper 6122 big press, the rollers were not guarded. The employees process paper boxes through the press. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating rollers.  e) On or about September 26, 2016, at the Hooper 6122 big press, three rotating compensators were not guarded. The employees process boxes through the press. The employees were exposed to the hazard of being caught-in the rotating compensators.  f) On or about September 26, 2016, at the Greene Line Stackmaster serial number 587A2, four rotating conveyor belts on the stacker were not guarded.
