29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities on walking/working surfaces 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling through holes by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) Worksite, 257 Toppings Path, Sag Harbor, NY, Attic: An employee doing fireproofing and insulation work near an unprotected floor opening up to and including approximately 19 ft. above the ground was not protected from falling; on or about 9/17/16. Note: In addition to abatement certification the employer is required to submit abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
