29 CFR 1910.335(a)(1)(i): Employees working in areas where there were potential electrical hazards were not provided with electrical protective equipment that was appropriate for the specific parts of the body that needed to be protected and for the work being performed: On or about 09/20/2016, at the post in location#4, NW Corner of the intersection of Piper Blvd. and Euclid Avenue, in Naples, FL, two employees working on replacing a switch in close proximity to a 13,200-volt phase to ground energized conductor were not protected from electrically-related hazards(burns) by means of face shield.
