29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Each platform on all working levels of scaffolds was not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and the guardrail supports as specified in paragraphs 1926.451(b)(1)(i)-(ii) a) Interior of Building - Scaffold on Garage Wall: Employees engaged in masonry activities from a welded frame scaffold that was not fully planked were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 4 feet in height, on or about 5/28/16. V&L Construction Inc. was previously cited REPEAT for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 938143, citation number 02, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/2/14, with respect to a workplace located at 185 Woodridge Ave., Wood Ridge NJ.
