This violation was most recently observed at 61-65 kuller Ave clifton NJ. The employer did not provide any fire fighting equipment at the jobsite. Gasoline fueled demo saw was used. Extra gasoline to fuel the demo saw was stored in a gas can left on the loading dock, on or about 7/14/21.
