On or about October 4, 2016, an employee was exposed to eye injury from ultraviolet light emissions while the CNC plasma cutter is operated and the employer did not require the following: a) shaded safety glasses for the CNC plasma cutter; b) screens/curtains for the adjacent employees working at the two brakes and saw.
