The Salvation Army, Sharon Worship & Service Center, 660 Fisher Hill St, Sharon, PA  16146, on or about October 5, 2016 and times prior thereto:  An employee was utilizing a Exmark Lazer Z CT lawn mower to cut the grass on the property.  The Roll Over Protection System (ROPS) was not setup and locked in the fully raised position.  The mower was operated on a 16.5-18 degree slope, which according to the operator's manual represents a roll over hazard.
