The Salvation Army, Sharon Worship & Service Center, 660 Fisher Hill St, Sharon, PA 16146, on or about October 5, 2016 and times prior thereto: Employees had potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens intermittently throughout work operations including, but not limited to, exposure to blood or other potentially infectious material (OPIM) during client handling/first aid response. The employer did not offer hepatitis B vaccination to all employees with potential occupational exposure to blood or OPIM.
