29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 3468 Ponce de Leon Ct., Gulf Shores, Alabama:  On or about October 4, 2016 and at times prior:  the employer allowed his employees to work from a job made scaffold located on a roof top with a walk board that only measured 12 inches wide  exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 24 feet 2 inches to the ground below.
