29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a) On or about 10/6/2016 - Bay 2, employees were exposed to falls of approximately 6 to 7 feet while standing on and walking the beams of a 42 foot x 63 foot dam miter-gate scrap cutting project.
