29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof. a) Construction site, 2nd Floor East side of D building - On or about October 11, 2016, a fire extinguisher of the appropriate rating was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof. Penn Builders, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(I) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 599538, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 25, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 807 Lawn Ave., Sellersville, PA.
