29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: Garage Bay - Employees who are potentially exposed to injurious corrosive materials, such as that found in automotive batteries, were not provided with a suitable eyewash station in that the installed station was dirty, had no caps to protect the nozzles and its access was blocked by other equipment.

29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: Garage, Rear of Center Bay - Hand or portable power tool were not kept in safe condition, in the following instances: a) The AllTrade Trans Pro 3/8 inch drill had a chafe through the outer protective sheath of the electrical cord. b) The wire wheel that was attached to the AllTrade power drill was designed for use on a bench grinder, not on the mandrel in a hand drill.
