29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   On the east side of the property, employees who were performing roofing activities without using any type of fall protection were exposed to an unprotected fall hazard of approximately 30 feet to the ground below.   Pedro Mendoza was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986581 citation number 1, item number 5, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/12/2014, with a final abatement date not provided and inspection is in collections, with respect to a workplace located at 1125 Orchard Lake Dr. Aurora, IL 60506.  Pedro Mendoza was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1078078 citation number 1, item number 3, and was affirmed as a final order on 1/15/2016, with a final abatement date not provided and inspection is in collections, with respect to a workplace located at 1704 Deer Run Drive Mahomet, IL 61853.
